PBiS.... What is it?

A Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBiS) system is designed to create a positive supportive learning environment for all.  It establishes clear behavior expectations for all members of our school community.  These expectations are taught and reinforced intentionally throughout the school and throughout the school year.  Positive behaviors and attitudes are recognized and we actively support the students who struggle to meet the expectations

Our Expectations

​At OES, we have adopted a unified set of expectations that guide appropriate behavior throughout our school and will help to create the positive learning environment we want for all students.
​You will see these expectations posted in different locations around the school.  Our unified expectations are that Orleans Elementary School is one caring community, that is engaged in learning, and our behaviors are safe and responsible.
