Orleans PTCA is now accepting nominations for the 2024 Thea Collier Swartz Award!
Throughout our village’s history, community members have volunteered countless hours to improve the quality of life in Orleans. The success of any community is built upon the efforts of individuals committed to serving their community with the desire to make it a better place to live, work, and play. Thea Collier Swartz played a vital role in our community by serving on the Orleans Elementary school board for 15 years. She also volunteered in a variety of roles, including as a reader each year and as a chaperone when needed. Her dedication and commitment to the betterment of Orleans never went unnoticed.
