"Outside the Owl's Nest" is an initiative that the Orleans Parent Teacher Community Association (PTCA) is taking to better embrace the "C" in their name. The goal is to connect with the broader community by making an effort to support, recognize, and appreciate the individuals, businesses, agencies, etc that create our village.
On Valentine's Day, the PTCA arranged a flower delivery to the residents of Maple Lane Nursing Home and its staff.
